Frequently Asked Questions

Check In is from 14:00 to 18:00 and Check Out is until 11:00 on the day of departure. If it is not possible to check in on time, please inform us in advance so that we can organise the key transfer. 

For organisational reasons we ask you to arrive by 18.00 o’clock. Should you not be able to arrive until that time, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance.

Coming from the Donau Bundesstraße, turn into Hauptstraße at the petrol station in Spitz and then right into Bahnhofstraße. After approx. 50 metres you will find our garden entrance with a iron gate on the left-hand side of the street. Please ring the bell on the left side of the gate.

From April 2025 we will again be offering our guests in double rooms a small traditional breakfast inclusive. Guests in the apartments can optionally book the small traditional breakfast. If you would like to have breakfast away from home, we recommend the following addresses of our partner businesses, which are only a few steps away from our hotel:

We are happy to welcome your pets (cats and small to medium sized dogs). For your pet, we charge a fee of € 6,00 per day. Please inform us if your pet will be traveling with you when making your reservation.

We offer all guests free WIFI in the entire house.

Cancellations are free up to 4 weeks before arrival, up to 10 days before arrival we charge 50%, up to 3 days 70% and less than 3 days 100% of the total price.
